Classes are designed for youth, ideally ages 5-16 but all are welcome - even adults!

Prices below are per person and includes all supplies.

Each class description below identifies the particular requirements for each class. Parents are required to remain with children under 8 years of age or in need of specialized services or care. Please read and contact us with questions regarding our  Class Policies and Information

Coasters of Fun!

Class Limit: 10              Price: $20.00 per participant (Please add $5.00 for each additional coaster the participant will make.)
Skill Level: Beginner

Description: Children will make their own personalized mahogany wood based coaster using their own artistic skills and drawings. Students will spend the class learning how to create their art work using crayons and markers and transferring the artwork to a computer editing system and then heat pressing their work to a coaster that they will take home the same day!  If preferred, family pictures can be placed onto the coaster. It is recommended to bring at least 4 different pictures so that the best pictures for the project can be selected.  Please note that pictures will be “as is” and not edited except to properly size the project. Pictures and their own art work can be combined to complete the project.

Duration: up to 2 hours.  Most participants should complete the class within 1 – 1½  hours.

Sessions: One Day     Recommended Age: Ages 6 and Up

Price Includes: Coasters (2) , art supplies and drawing materials, specialty paper, heat transfer process.  If additional coasters is desired of the same design, please add $5.00 per additional coaster to the registration cost.

Restrictions: All children under the age of eight must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the class session. Children will not operate the heat press but will be able to see it in operation.

Payment and Scheduling: Reservations must be paid in advance to allow for the ordering of supplies and final confirmation. Confirmation of class enrollment and cancellations are done by email. Requests for refund must meet class policies.

Notes:  The success of any project is not guaranteed. Instructor will make every attempt to guide and instruct participants in correct methods so a successful project is obtained. Pictures may be taken of the class while it is in session and posted to the Simmons Ink and Stitch website.


My Beautiful Mug

Class Limit: 10              Price: $15.00 per participant                   Skill Level: Beginner

Description: Children will make their own personalized mug using their own artistic skills and drawings. Students will spend the class decorating paper using crayons and markers. The finished art work will be scanned and heat press applied to a mug that they will take home the same day!

Duration: up to 2 hours.  Most participants should complete the class in one hour.

Design a Tee!

Class Limit: 5              Price: $25.00 per participant (includes 1 shirt)
Skill Level: Advanced

Description: Children will make their own shirt using their own artistic skills and drawings. Students will spend the class learning how to create their art work using crayons and markers or pictures. They will then transfer  the artwork to a computer editing system that will allow them to print a transfer. The transfer will be applied to a shirt that they will take home the same day!  If pictures are used it is recommended that students  bring at least 4 different pictures so that the best pictures for the project can be selected.  Please note that pictures will be printed “as is” and not edited except to properly size the project. Pictures and their own art work can be combined to complete the project.
